These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LearnPulse platform and services (the "Platform") operated by LearnPulse, headquartered at Avenida Paulista 1578, 12 andar, Sao Paulo, SP 01310-200, Brasil. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@learnpulse-ai.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

All content provided by LearnPulse on the Platform, including course materials, software, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of LearnPulse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant LearnPulse a limited license to host, display, and process such content solely to provide the Platform services to you.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sao Paulo, SP, Brasil.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
